While the venue was extremely hot, the staff were always proper and friendly when handling people. We felt like we were in a giant disco place during the show, and everyone's inability to utilize their phones led to great interaction among the buyers. Some people with a tag brought obnoxious behavior to our side in the middle of the show, jumping through chairs back and forth, which made it difficult to hear the performer talk. I had to switch my 10-year-old so he wouldn't be scared by that. Overall, the performance was excellent for our first experience and my son's birthday gift. We enjoyed our chocolate chunk cookies and only wished for a nice cold cup of milk!
